1. Business Hours & Work Schedule

  • Orders can be placed online 24/7, but processing occurs during our business hours.

  • Our customer support is available on business hours

  • Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

2. Communication & Coordination Protocols

  • Clients must provide accurate contact details for smooth order processing.

  • We may send order updates, promotional messages, and feedback requests via email or WhatsApp.

3. Orders & Payment

a. Placing an Order

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Custom orders require full details to avoid processing delays.

b. Order Sheet Format

We maintain an internal order sheet for tracking purposes, including:

  • Order ID

  • Date of Order

  • Client Name & Contact

  • Delivery Deadline

  • Shipping Partner & Tracking ID

c. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full before order processing.

  • No refunds will be issued once a custom order is in production.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the product purchased.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
