At Pink Fusion, we take pride in delivering your products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.


1. Shipping Partner

  1. All our orders are shipped via Bluedart, a trusted and reliable logistics provider.

  2. Bluedart ensures secure, trackable, and timely delivery of all Pink Fusion products.


2. Shipping Coverage

  1. We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India.

  2. If your location is non-serviceable, our team will notify you after the order is placed.

  3. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


3. Processing Time

  1. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

  2. Customized or made-to-order products may take 3–5 working days before dispatch.

  3. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Delivery Time

  1. Once shipped, orders usually reach you within 4–10 working days, depending on your location.

  2. Delivery to metros and major cities may take 2–4 working days, while remote or tier-3 areas may take longer.

  3. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen courier issues.


5. Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking ID via WhatsApp, email, or SMS.

  2. You can track your order on https://www.bluedart.com/ using your tracking number.

  3. If you do not receive a tracking ID within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us.


6. Shipping Charges

  1. Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your location and cart value.

  2. Free shipping may be available on select products or during special offers.

  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in case of order cancellation before dispatch or if the error is from our side.


7. Delivery Terms

  1. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

  2. In case of failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping will incur additional charges.

  3. Ensure that your address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.

  4. Pink Fusion is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information.


8. Order Delays or Issues

  1. In rare cases of delay or non-delivery, we’ll coordinate with Bluedart to resolve the issue.

  2. If your order shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, report within 48 hours.

  3. All concerns beyond 7 days of delivery status may not be eligible for investigation or compensation.


9. Damaged Packages

  1. If your package appears tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it from the courier.

  2. Take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately at the details below.
