Return Policy

At Pink Fusion, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality and satisfaction. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return and Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. General Guidelines

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective products.

  2. Customized or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

  3. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with tags intact.

  4. Sale, clearance, or discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  5. Items can only be exchanged once per order (no multiple exchanges for the same item).

  6. All return/exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  7. Products must be sent back within 7 days of approval of return request.


2. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

  1. You received the wrong product or size.

  2. The product is damaged upon arrival.

  3. There is a major manufacturing defect.

  4. The product does not match the description or customization requested (only if clearly proven).

Note: Minor color variation due to screen lighting or dye process is not considered a defect.


3. Process for Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Mention your Order ID, contact number, and clear photos/video of the product and issue.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions.

  4. You must ship the item back to the return address provided, at your own cost (unless the fault is ours).

  5. Keep the courier receipt and tracking number for safety.

  6. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll confirm if it qualifies for exchange/refund.

  7. Approved exchanges will be processed and shipped within 5–7 working days.


4. Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

    • Product out of stock after order confirmation

    • Duplicate payment

    • Approved damaged/defective item without available exchange

  2. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  3. Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

  4. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the entire order was cancelled.


5. Non-Eligible Return Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  1. The product has been used, worn, or washed.

  2. Tags, packaging, or invoices are missing.

  3. The return request was made after 48 hours of delivery.

  4. The product was purchased under clearance or final sale.

  5. Custom names, designs, or sizes were approved by the customer.

  6. Minor imperfections or printing variations occur due to handmade or digital processes.

  7. Delays caused by courier partners after shipment.


6. Shipping for Returns

  1. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back safely.

  2. In case of defective/wrong product sent by us, we will reimburse return shipping (on valid proof).

  3. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

  4. Ensure safe packaging to avoid further damage.


7. Additional Notes

  1. Every product goes through a double quality-check before dispatch.

  2. Size issues due to customer error (wrong selection) are not eligible for return unless exchanged.

  3. Exchange for size is allowed only if that size is available.

  4. Items will not be held/reserved for exchange unless confirmed by us.

  5. One exchange per product per order is permitted.

  6. In case the replacement item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.

  7. If lower, the excess amount will not be refunded, but can be given as store credit.
